Ashtanga Yoga Immersion with Kaz Castillo:

Join us as we immerse in a week-long exploration of Ashtanga yoga, where daily yogasāna practice is inspired by our afternoon meditations and discussions of yoga philosophy and is informed by thoughtful āsana explorations. All levels are welcome.
