Rotary Blood Donation Drive

Rotary Club of Red Sea - El Gouna is organizing a Blood Donation event on Friday December 16. The Blood Donation vehicle will be parked outside the Christmas Bazaar at Cheeky Monkeys Playground and Amusement Center, Marina El Gouna between 2pm and 6pm. 

Give the gift of life and donate blood. 

Please be aware you cannot donate blood if you have:

• Consumed alcohol or drugs 48 hours previously.  
• A viral infection, Hepatitis B or C or HIV. 
• Hypertension 
• Diabetes
• Visited the dentist two weeks prior. 
• Undergone a surgical operation three months prior 
• Females should not donate if pregnant or lactating or menstruating
• If you have received tattoos in the last three months
• If you are over 60 years old. 

An Invitation From Rotary Red Sea - El Gouna

Rotary Club of Red Sea - El Gouna has great pleasure to invite the Red Sea community to join us at El Gouna Library on Tuesday 13th December at 7.30 pm. We will be celebrating the Centennial of The Rotary Foundation which has become one of the world's leading humanitarian foundations.

The evening will begin with an introduction to the history of Rotary, and of Rotary Club of Red Sea - El Gouna which is the first Rotary club established in the Red Sea region.

Mr Mohammad Sami El Biali, Chair of the District 2451 Membership Committee, which is responsible for over 90 Rotary Clubs around Egypt, will then tell us more about the foundation. Mr El Biali will also explain the most important goals and changes in membership procedures throughout Rotary.

The evening will end with light refreshments and Christmas Carols.
