Blood Donation Campaign Senzo Mall Nov 23rd

Rotary Club of Red Sea - El Gouna will be organising their 19th Blood Donation Campaign on Friday 23rd November outside Senzo Mall, south of Hurghada. 

The blood donation vehicle will collect blood for the critically short stocks at Hurghada Blood Bank.

List of donor requirements:

There will be a few questions from the doctor to begin with, and you can read them below to make sure they DO NOT apply to you.

You CANNOT donate blood if you have:

1. Consumed alcohol or drugs 48 hours before.

2. You have a viral infection, Hepatitis B/C, or Aids.

3. Hypertension.

4. Diabetes.

5. Visited the dentist two weeks prior.

6. If you have undergone a surgical operation 3 months prior.

7. Females should not donate if: pregnant, lactating, or menstruating.

8. You have received tattoos in the past three months.

9. If you have any medical problems other than the above.

You must be aged between 16 and 60 years old.

We never know which one of us may one day be in need of this life saving donated blood.

Please remember: The gift of blood is the gift of life.

‘Marnie’ Opera at TUB Saturday November 10

Join us Saturday November 10 at 8pm to see Nico Muhly’s ‘Marnie’ at TUB campus El Gouna. 

Marnie is an opera by Nico Muhly to a libretto by Nicholas Wright based on the 1961 novel by Winston Graham and its 1964 film adaptation by Alfred Hitchcock. It premiered at the English National Opera in November 2017 and at the Metropolitan Opera in October 2018.

Tickets are available at the customer service office downtown or at the TUB campus for 200 LE.

The Gouna Owners Club (GOC) is planning their 18th social dinner on November 16th at Kiki’s Restaurant Fanadir Hotel at 6:30pm. 

The dinner is open to all Owners and Residents alike. Price is LE 200 per person for GOC members, and LE 300 for non members. 

Price includes hot buffet dinner, soft beverages, tea or coffee. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at discounted prices.

KBC El Gouna Octoberfest 2018

Only 1 week to go until 7th edition of famous Oktoberfest at Kite Boarding Club El Gouna will take place! 

Save the date: Friday, September 28th, 17:00 at Buzzha Beach.

Typical German food, grilled sausages, draft beer and a well-known party.

Karim Tobgy, born in Cairo, Egypt has been interested in ancient techniques to elevate ones consciousness for almost 19 years and his full time dedication to sharing his knowledge began about 9 years ago. Karim is a former Transcendental meditation teacher, who studied the Vedanta philosophies and techniques from the Himalayas. For 3 years he has been teaching Sufi dance techniques and meditations, chigong techniques from the land of china, shamanic meditations from the Americas and ancient Egyptian techniques and philosophies around the world. Karim gave workshops and retreats in Cairo , Sinai, Azerbaijan, India ( Goa and RAjastan) and in southernChina.

- Whirling Inner Alchemy:

Dynamism and silence are the two most experienced realities in existence. Either things are moving or they are at rest. Using this as a door to go deeper into the fabric of reality and experiencing its infinite possibilities. Once we are able to open our awareness to infinite possibilities of experiences we fall deeply in love with existence. We adore existence and all it's possibilities. The 0whirling is a way to experience our infinite potential, our true essence and above all to fall into adoration with existence and the divine dance and all it's multiverse experience.

- Mantra Meditation:

We are all connected to source by nature but due to our conditioning and emotional blockages we have lost this connection. Thus we need to be reminded how to connect to source. The Sufi way is the way of remembrance. Remembering our true nature, our innate abilities and our inherent talents. Once we open up to source and free our selves from these conditioning and emotional blockages and have that channel fully open is when we can become sorcerers as connected to the source.
